Ashima is the best! We needed to sell our condo quickly despite the fact that it was looking rundown and in need of some TLC. We decided to reach out to Ashima, who has been our friend and musical collaborator for more than 15 years, and who knew our apartment well, for some advice. After consulting with her, we knew that she was the right person to get our place sold. Throughout the whole process, we had numerous conversations about every aspect of our situation, and Ashima was highly attentive to all our concerns and questions. She patiently walked us through listings of comparable properties to help us determine a price. Ashima was consistently positive, optimistic, and reassuring. She worked tirelessly and efficiently to get our apartment ready in every detail. With the help of a terrific painter and stager, in a matter of a few weeks the apartment was transformed. The very first day our condo was listed, we got an offer at asking price! We could not have done it without Ashima! She is truly wonderful, and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

The. Absolute. Best. Our experience with Ashima far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. Her dedication both to finding the right place for us and follow through with everything from negotiation, deal craftsmanship, financing support and every tiny detail was exquisite. Giant purchases are always a little scary, but especially in times like these when housing is so important, the market is /so/ fast and financing can be uncertain Ashima was very much our personal super hero. She took the time to know just what our priorities were from the beginning and given her extensive knowledge of the area, we looked at house after house we really liked. Competition can be very tough and this is where she really differentiated herself. When we found 'the one', it was a gem and I was really worried about not having the resources to fight for it. We got there within an hour of it being on the market, crafted a competitive offer using the many tricks she has up her sleeve, while STILL coming in under asking price. And in the middle of this hot & fast market, we were accepted next day, paying less than we were expecting and very comfortable with it. We took months to find the right place but we never felt rushed and yet when we wanted to move quickly we were able to hit hard and incredibly fast. She got us just the right lender and walked us through every detail of financing so we were comfortable, informed and really understood each piece. Right up through closing she still negotiated every nuanced detail so we gained every inch, dollar or trade we could on the way. 8am on a Sunday? Call answered. Email 10pm on a Friday? Still there for us. Every time, with a real answer. We could not have had a stronger or more supportive champion and she has made a big difference to our family.

We met Ashima at an Open House that she was having about 2-3 years ago… She kept in contact with us throughout that whole time making suggestions and educating us as time went on. When we were finally ready she was still very patient and informative as we moved through the process. She was honest with us in regard to our purchase process as it was a seller's market and told us that we probably would not get the first house we bid on but with her knowledge with making offers, we were successful the first time. We then began the process of selling our home in MA again she was very informative and sensitive to our feelings as we sold our family home that was built by a family member.
