The. Absolute. Best. Our experience with Ashima far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. Her dedication both to finding the right place for us and follow through with everything from negotiation, deal craftsmanship, financing support and every tiny detail was exquisite. Giant purchases are always a little scary, but especially in times like these when housing is so important, the market is /so/ fast and financing can be uncertain Ashima was very much our personal super hero. She took the time to know just what our priorities were from the beginning and given her extensive knowledge of the area, we looked at house after house we really liked. Competition can be very tough and this is where she really differentiated herself. When we found 'the one', it was a gem and I was really worried about not having the resources to fight for it. We got there within an hour of it being on the market, crafted a competitive offer using the many tricks she has up her sleeve, while STILL coming in under asking price. And in the middle of this hot & fast market, we were accepted next day, paying less than we were expecting and very comfortable with it. We took months to find the right place but we never felt rushed and yet when we wanted to move quickly we were able to hit hard and incredibly fast. She got us just the right lender and walked us through every detail of financing so we were comfortable, informed and really understood each piece. I was looking for a second home in New Hampshire and began in Sept of 2019. I have a friend in Ct. who is an agent for Berkshire Hathaway and connected me with one up in that area. Ashima called me and discussed what I was looking for and we discussed all the details. She was very friendly from the start and seemed dedicated to helping me out. After a few weeks she set up several places for us to come up for the day to view.. She was honest with us, gave opinions, and listened to our questions. She was extremely patient with us. Long story short, we worked with her from Sept through April. She did skyping and face time showings with us on properties we were interested in to save us from going back and forth from Ct.
